CHARACSTERISITICS

Bisroot strain is Bacillus polyfermenticus. As shown this Fig., Bisroot strain namely Bacillus polyfermenticus is rod-shaped bacteria. This Fig. is Scanning electron microscopic observation.

The characteristic of rod-shaped bacteria is endospore forming. Bacillus polyfermenticus forms endospore, too. This spore coat synthesize and cortex completed Bisroot strain have tolerance about outside stimulation. Therefore Bisroot reach your intestine without significant loss.

Antibiotics used to medical treatment is effected both therapeutic action and normal intestinal microflora. To minimize antibiotic effect and to stabilize intestinal microflora, Strain have to need tolerance against various antibiotics. Biscan have predominant tolerance against various antibiotics.
Especially, the tolerance against Rifampicin and Nystatin which were prolonged administrated to therapy of tuberculosis is remarkable.

Inveterate drinking increase incidence rate of various adult disease. To solve this problem, strain need alcohol tolerance and protect intestine at the same time. As shown this Fig., Biscan strain showed enough viability in alcohol.

3. Stabilizes the intestinal microflora

1) strain produces lactic acid and acetic acid and normalize intestine.

Biscan strain stabilizes intestinal microflora by antibacterial action. 24hr after administration, intestinal harmful bacteria decreased obviously. In case of administrate continuously for 6 days, it appeared excellent effect for improvement of intestinal microflora by acceleration of adhesion rate of intestinal beneficial bacteria in intestine.

In case of normal dosage, not appeared significant loss of putrefactive metabolites, but in case of high dosage, we can find significant loss. Especially, Skatole(cancer-caused substance) couldn't detect after administration. It's remarkable result.

strain has stability against many antibiotics and drugs in disease therapy.
Bisroot produces tolerant sporeand it is not killed by gastric acid. Having the high survival rate for cholic acid and tolerance for antibiotics, it reaches intestine stably so produces the intestinal action. Also, it produces about 20 enzymes including protease, lipase, peptidase, lactase and much vitamins to supply nutrient to the body.
